    Q: Is there a limit to how many tickets I can purchase for this event?

    A: 6 tickets MAX per purchase.

    Q: Is the event open to all ages?

    A: Yes! Ages 6 and up require a ticket – children 5 and under are free and do not require a ticket!

    Q: Will there be alcohol served at this event?

    A: Yes, 21+ strictly enforced. Photo ID required

    Q: What are acceptable forms of ID?

    ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF ID

    • Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth
    • US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth
    • Foreign government-issued Passport only (no Passport photocopies, must be current — not expired, no Foreign government-issued driver’s licenses or ID’s)
    • Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license—ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license

    Q: Will this event still take place if it’s raining?

    Q: Do you need any volunteers for this event?

    Q: Will lockers be available?

    A: Unfortunately, no there will not be any lockers available to attendees at PLANET HOME

    Q: I bought tickets online. Where do I pick up my tickets?

    A: The Box Office will be located in the North Lot, by the GA ENTRANCE.

    • Friday September 13 – 2:00pm to 10:30pm
    • Saturday September 14 – 12:00pm to 10:30pm
    • Sunday September 15 – 10:00am to 4:30pm

    Q: Is there parking at this event?

    A: There will be NO PARKING available to event attendees at the Palace of Fine Arts. HOWEVER, there are several nearby parking lots, available to the General Public, within short walking distance of the venue.     Q: Can I Uber or Lyft to PLANET HOME?

    A: Yes, there will be a designated drop off area on Palace Drive, adjacent to venue entrances. **NOTE: Please consider walking, riding a bike, Carpooling, or taking Public Transport** Please visit our GETTING HERE page for all travel info.

    Q: Will there be an area for us to lock up our bikes?

    A: Yes, there will be designated location for bikes. Please visit our GETTING HERE page for all travel info.

    Q: Can I bring my skateboard into the event?

    A: Unfortunately, no, skateboards are on our PROHIBITED ITEMS list. Please click here for Prohibited / Allowed items.

    Q: Are there ways to get to the Palace of Fine Arts by Public Transport?

    A: Yes absolutely! Please visit our GETTING HERE page for all travel info.

    Q: Am I allowed to leave and come back?

    A: Planet Home will allow in’s and out’s until 1 Hour before the last performance on the Live Stage each night.

    There will be NO PARKING available to event attendees at the Palace of Fine Arts. HOWEVER, there are several nearby parking lots, available to the General Public, within a short walking distance of the venue

    The Palace of Fine Arts is accessible by San Francisco Muni buses #30, #43, #28, and #29. Muni bus lines #22, #41, and #45 also stop in the vicinity. From Fisherman’s Wharf take the #30 Stockton bus. For more information, call Muni at (415) 673-6864 or check the SFMTA trip planner HERE. If you’re taking BART, get off at the Montgomery Street station, walk one half-block up Market Street to Third Street, and catch the #30 Stockton bus on the corner. Virtually all downtown-bound Golden Gate Transit buses stop near the venue. Ask your driver for directions or call Golden Gate Transit Information at 511 (toll-free) or 415-455-2000 (outside the Bay Area).

    • NO animals except for service animals assisting an individual with a disability. “Comfort,” “therapy” or “emotional support” animals do not meet the definition of a service animal and are not permitted entry to the Event.

    ** Anyone bringing prescription medication or a syringe for medical purposes (including epi-pens) will need to show your medication, prescription label and a photo ID at the event entrance.
